Employment and Labor Relations
We advise both employers and employees on employment relationships. For employers, our work includes drafting employment agreements, dismissals and labor relations, with particular attention to compliance with applicable law.
For employees, we assist with recovery of unpaid amounts, including enforcement and insolvency proceedings; statutory severance entitlements (trattamento di fine rapporto, or TFR); wage differentials; claims under the INPS guarantee fund; workplace harassment and bullying; unlawful downgrading of duties; and social security matters, including disability benefits and employment injury claims.
We also assist both employers and employees in proceedings before the Italian Labor Inspectorate and INPS, including inspections and investigations. Our work encompasses negotiation, out-of-court resolution and litigation, including protected settlement procedures before the Labor Inspectorate or trade unions.
