Within our areas of practice, we represent clients before the Italian Supreme Court of Cassation and other higher courts, where permitted by applicable admission requirements.

Our partners maintain the professional qualifications and training required for representation before the higher courts, including the relevant specialist admission where applicable.

Our debt recovery practice also includes enforcement against movable and immovable property and garnishment or attachment of assets and claims held by third parties.
